These terms govern your use of the okayplay platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you agree to everything covered here.
By registering an account on okayplay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and okayplay and apply to every session, wager, game, and transaction you carry out on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or continue using the platform. okayplay reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after a published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on okayplay. All transactions on okayplay are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, and okayplay reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and are displayed clearly during the withdrawal process. okayplay is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions. Any attempt to reverse a legitimate deposit through your bank or payment provider while retaining platform winnings constitutes fraudulent activity and will result in immediate account termination.

Bets accepted in error — including those placed at incorrect odds due to a system fault — may be voided by okayplay without prior notice. Any bonuses, free bets, or promotional offers made available through okayplay are subject to individual terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the relevant wagering requirements have been met in full. okayplay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Attempting to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account suspension. The following activities are strictly prohibited on okayplay: using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any means; money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity; and accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is unlawful. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold pending investigation, and okayplay reserves the right to report such activity to relevant authorities. okayplay employs monitoring tools to detect irregular betting patterns and reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where abuse is identified.
okayplay provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okayplay's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time a claim arises. okayplay is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical faults, data errors, or third-party service failures. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection before placing bets, particularly for in-play markets where timing is critical.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the okayplay platform should first be submitted to our support team at [email protected], and we will endeavour to resolve it promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be referred to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. okayplay's decisions on platform-related disputes — including bet settlements, account actions, and promotional eligibility — are final unless overturned through a formal regulatory process. By registering an account, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts for any unresolved legal matter arising from your use of the platform.
